Our in-house Creative and Design Team are there from the start.  From the time your objectives have been defined, the team will be presenting creative ideas; experience look & feel; ideas for the engagement campaign and all other aspects essential to the creation of your unique experience plan.

The experience plan is supported by our Travel, Logistics and Operations Team.  Their attention to detail and hand-picked global supplier network ensure the necessary air, sea and ground arrangements are locked in place.  This team will also create a risk management plan directly relevant to your experience ensuring health, safety and security is paramount from beginning to end.

Our Experience Leaders will be the front end – working alongside you to deliver the experience.  You’ll have (at a minimum) a dedicated Experience Leader with you.  Working with them – and subject to your end destination - will be a OneNineFive team of skilled indigenous and international guides with an in-depth knowledge of your objectives, group management, leadership, health, safety and security of your destination.
